How a Mineral, Like Calcium, Can Be Bad for Health

 On video

Magnesium Ribbon, Chemists like me know about these.

The first picture show foods that are high in magnesium. Many say that we do not consume enough magnesium. Is there a difference between eating food or eating a magnesium ribbon?

This is not an article with my opinions so it will have the websites that say these things. This is extremely important health information. I will start with an example. The FDA limits a potassium supplement to 99 mg of potassium. Now I said I will show you. I cannot find it. So if you can then send me the link. This website says "Where is the law/regulation that prevents potassium supplements from exceeding 99 mg without a prescription?"

Here is what Google says:
Because of this potential danger, the FDA limits over-the-counter potassium supplements (including multivitamin-mineral pills) to less than 100 milligrams (mg). That's just 2% of the 4,700 mg recommended dietary intake [RDI] for potassium.

They get that from a Harvard Medical School website. It says:
As a result, potassium levels can rise to high levels, leading to dangerous heart rhythm problems and even cardiac arrest [that means your heart stops beating.]
Because of this potential danger, the FDA limits over-the-counter potassium supplements (including multivitamin-mineral pills) to less than 100 milligrams (mg). That's just 2% of the 4,700 mg recommended dietary intake for potassium [per day].

Now why do they say the above? You can look up any of the things  I say just like I did. Doctors have given patients 200 mg of potassium and they have had to be rushed to the hospital. That is why they do it. Say you are taken to a hospital and your potassium is too low? What do they do? They give you an IV solution, drip by drip over hours and even days.

Yet (you can easily look this up) a cup or 8 fluid ounce glass of coffee or orange juice has 500 mg of potassium. If you drink 3 glasses then you get 1,500 mg of potassium. An avocado has 1,200 mg of potassium. If you eat 3 avocados then that is 3,600 mg of potassium you are consuming. A potato has 800 mg of potassium.

So why is 200 mg of potassium too much but 3,600 mg of potassium okay? The government knows why but thinks that you have too little intelligence to understand it. So they just leave it up to the Christian explanation. God knows the answer but mankind will never, ever know. Okay I will admit the explanation is complex. I was a chemist for the U.S. federal government but chemistry can be hard to understand.

Now someone can say that food is different than supplements but that is not scientific and you will miss the importance of this article. In college there is chemistry and organic chemistry. Inorganic chemistry teaches you about the reactions of elements and/or chemicals. Organic chemistry is about living things or things that were alive and the reactions are based on carbon rings.

You may have heard on a science fiction show that life on earth is carbon based. So potassium in foods is different than potassium in supplements like potassium chloride. That is a salt. There are many salts that are a combination of a metal and a non-metal. Sodium chloride is known as salt which is short for common table salt.

So there is a different chemistry for eating foods and non-foods. Do you know what a food is? You can give lots of examples but not know the definition. Biology teaches food is created by plants out of non-foods like water, air, sunlight and minerals. You can get minerals from eating dirt or manure or drinking urine but I don't suggest it. So a food is a living thing or something that was alive. So Michael Jackson, Brittany Murphy, Bruce Lee, Elvis Presley and Heath Ledger died from eating non-foods.

Wild animals are smart enough to know to only eat foods that taste good and not to eat non-foods like rocks or salt. I am not saying that people should eat a paleo diet which can include cats, dogs or rats, but the original book on the paleo diet says to never eat salt. There is a restaurant in Korea that says they have served more rats as food than any other restaurant. In the capital of China, Beijing, they have a restaurant that serves the penises of many different animals.

So the purpose of this article is to show that organic minerals from foods act differently on the body than inorganic minerals. Like there is calcium that is a main ingredient in plaque in the arteries and minerals that cause blindness.

This is pure genius! Instead of drinking spring water that has animal's urine and drunk people's urine and all sorts of stuff in it, get or make some distilled water or reverse osmosis water. I drink that when I am fasting. Now water by definition has no taste. So put some organic green tea leaves or sencha tea powder (tea leaves that are ground up) into that pure water and drink lots of organic minerals and over 1,000 chemicals in it including caffeine and theanine that relaxes you.

In other words, drink your greens. I also drink organic yerba mate tea just like the Pope does. Green tea helps with meditation. In Japan they drink a lot of green tea and the kids meditate at the beginning of schools. Also the Japanese schools have no janitors. The kids do that and get free training on cleaning.

Here is another example of the difference between organic and inorganic minerals. Many have too much iron in their bodies. You never hear of someone dying because they ate too much of food containing iron. They say that if your body has enough iron then it won't absorb any from foods. But your body will absorb iron that is inorganic even if your body has too much.

Iron Poisoning Wikipedia says:
Iron poisoning is an iron overload caused by a large excess of iron intake and usually refers to an acute overload rather than a gradual one. The term has been primarily associated with young children[1] who consumed large quantities of iron supplement pills, which resemble sweets and are widely used, including by pregnant women; approximately 3 grams is lethal for a two-year-old.[2].

Also Iron Poisoning says:
Until the 1990s, iron poisoning was the leading cause of death from medicine overdoses in children younger than 6 years. Fortunately, there has been a steady drop in the number of serious iron poisoning cases since. This is because of better warning labels, education of prescribers, changes in the formulation and packaging of iron preparations, and consumer awareness of the dangers of iron poisoning.
See How to Live 30 Years Longer for information on just how bad for your health it is to consume salt. Paul Bragg had the first food store, the first health food restaurant and wrote many books on health. He and Jack La Lane started the health movement. He wrote about the differences in minerals and how spring water causes arthritis.

He wrote a book on water-- Water: The Shocking Truth That Can Save Your Life. The internet says about it, a scientist, Paul C. Bragg along with his daughter Patricia, describe the serious and devastating dangers in drinking ordinary water loaded with deadly commercial chemicals, fluoride toxins and inorganic minerals.

Here are some quotes from that book that I have.

"The Mighty Mineral Cattle Food”. It was supposed to have lots of calcium, magnesium and other important minerals to help build strong cows that would produce extra milk. However, all of the minerals in this “mighty” cattle food were derived from powdered limestone and other inorganic sources: calcium carbonate and magnesium carbonate, etc. When this inorganic mineral formula was mixed with organic food, the cattle absolutely refused to eat the feed. Their innate dietary instincts prevented them from eating powdered limestone. All local farmers had the same experience.
Let me state empathetically that, in my opinion, the misery of arthritis is caused by hard water saturated with inorganic minerals and an unbalanced diet, forming acid crystals in the moveable joints, plus inactivity of the body in general. Only distilled water removes these inorganic minerals. The greatest damage done by inorganic minerals – plus waxy cholesterol and salt – is to the small arteries and other blood vessels of the brain (75% water). Hardening of the arteries and calcification of blood vessels starts on the day you start taking inorganic chemicals and minerals from water into your bodies.
Common table salt (inorganic sodium chloride) is both unnecessary and injurious to the human body. It acts like the inorganic minerals to be found in almost all drinking water except steam-produced distilled water. Table salt can cause encrustations in the arteries, veins and capillaries. It can waterlog body tissues, making them flabby and without skin or muscle tone.
