What is Whey and Why You Should Not Take It?



This article tells what is whey and where it comes from. I used to eat at a restaurant 4 times a week while growing up. I got some tea and I put some squeezed lemon in it. What is wrong with that? Then I put milk in it just like Indians put milk in chai. Then I had some pieces magically appear in the tea.

I was then told that I could not add lemon and milk. The acid in the lemon curdled the milk. When some kind of acid like lemon or vinegar is added to milk, it curdles. It separates into curds and whey. Curds are used to make cheese. This is a huge industry. There are even stores that only sell cheese. They even make it with unpasteurized milk. They use the milk of cows, goats and sheep. Cheese is given as gifts around Christmas time by companies that make it.

The U.S.D.A. says that goat's milk is the healthiest milk to drink. An adult cow weighs about 1,000 pounds and an adult goat weighs about 150 pounds. Cow's milk is made for and is healthy for baby cows. Mother's milk is healthy for baby humans. Some white humans starting drinking cow's milk about 10,000 years ago and a mutation occurred so they could digest it. The majority of non-white people do not have the enzyme to digest it.

So food is eaten because it tastes good or is healthy for you. Whey is made as a by product of making cheese and cheese can taste very good. It would be fed to pigs and was called pig slop or it was thrown away. So they can make money selling it as a source of protein.

Now the animal industry created the demand for protein because dead animals have a lot of protein. The demand of calcium was created by the dairy industry.

Now an M.D. says that Americans get so much cancer because we eat dinner with a protein centered meal while in most other countries they eat the high protein dish as a side dish. If you eat too much carbs or fat and you store it and can get heavier. That does not happen if you eat too much protein. If a person eats too much protein then it gets broken down and creates toxins that cause dieases like cancer.

Americans get too much protein and do not need to take protein supplements even if they lift weights. Name one fruit or vegetable that does not have all 9 essential amino acids to make protein. You can't because there is not one. Now I will use science to showed that you have been lied to. They say that meat is a more complete protein than fruit beause it has a better balance of amino acids. It is a generalization like blacks have more rhythm than whites.

So let us get into specifics. They score protein with numbers to show which are the more perfect. The ones with a 100 or more are perfect. Let us take sirloin steak that comes from a cow. This website says that sirloin has a protein quality or amino acid score of 94. Since that is not 100 or higher it says "Adding other foods with complementary amino acid profiles to this food may yield a more complete protein source and improve the quality of some types of restrictive diets."

Now let us look at kiwi fruit. Are you kidding me comparing meat to fruit? This website says that kiwi fruit has a protein quality of 105 so no foods need to be added to it like with sirloin steak to improve its amino acid score or protein quality.

Now this is something separate but look at what you have to add and do to prepare a piece of dead animal meat and what you have to do to prepare fruit to eat.
